Curry Hummus
Ingredients:
-1 can (15 oz) chick peas, undrained (drain if thicker texture is desired)
-1/2 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tbsp lime juice
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 tbsp cumin
-1 tsp curry powder (add more to taste)
-1/2 tsp sesame seeds
-dash of salt
-dash of pepper
-1/4 tsp paprika
-1 tbsp lemon pepper
Procedure:
Throw everything in a food processor.
Blend until smooth throughout.
Add spices to taste, it's you're hummus after all.
REFRIGERATE.
And that's it! So much tastier, so much cheaper!
